The accommodation is over two floors and fully central heated, it has a combi boiler for instant hot water. Access into the barn is through the rear door from the car park. The Bing has a fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. If you are dining in the kitchen is fully equipped and there are bar stools to a peninsular bar. There is a downstairs WC for your convenience.

The living room area has a three piece leather suite with complimentary furniture and a 37” wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a kingsize bed (this can be made up as a twin bedroom to suit your needs), hand painted furniture, two velux windows complete with black out blinds. An en-suite bathroom is off the bedroom complete with power shower, hand basin, wall mounted light with shaver plug, WC and velux window. Wifi Available.

The accommodation is over two floors and fully central heated, there is a combi boiler for instant hot water. Access into the barn is through the rear door from the car park. The Boskin is open plan downstairs, it has a fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. If you are dining in the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining room table and chairs, a corner leather suite with hand painted furniture and a 50” wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview. There is a downstairs wet room for your convenience.

On the first floor there are two large bedrooms one which has a super king bed and the other has a king size bed (these can be made up as a twin bedrooms to suit your needs), hand painted furniture, two velux windows complete with black out blinds. En-suite bathrooms are off both bedrooms and come complete with power shower, hand basin, wall mounted light with shaver plug, WC and velux window. Upstairs there is also access to a balcony area which serves as a perfect viewing area for Oulton Park racing events or to enjoy a glass of wine on warm balmy evening. Wifi Available.

Location and Local Area

We are located in the heart of Rushton a rural hamlet in Cheshire.

A perfect location for those wishing to watch motor sport events at Oulton Park Racing Circuit as we are within walking distance of the park.

There are a great number of activities within a short car journey, such as Delamere Forest, Crocky Trail and Chester Zoo to name a few!

The delightful village of Tarporley is less than three miles away which has an array of boutique shops and plenty of lively bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

We are within easy reach of the motorway networks and major cities in the northwest, such as Chester, Manchester and Liverpool.

Terms and conditions

The lead person named on the Booking Form agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party adhere to the Conditions set out below.
In these Conditions the “Owner” refers to the owner of the property you are booking, “Property” refers to the cottage that you are booking.

  1. The prices paid for the accommodation is inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels.
  2. You must pay a 25% deposit on booking your holiday which is non-refundable. On receipt of your booking fee your holiday will be confirmed. The remainder of the balance payable four weeks before the start of your holiday. If a booking is made less than four weeks before the start of your holiday the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance in full will result in your booking being cancelled and the owner making the property available to be re-booked. No reminders will be sent out.
  3. Should the unfortunate happen and you have to cancel your booking please notify the owner in writing as soon as possible. We would strongly advise to safeguard against unforeseen eventualities that you take out Cancellation Insurance to protect your costs incurred.
  4. Strictly no pets are allowed in the Cottages. Guide dogs are however, accepted.
  5. Strictly no smoking inside the Cottages. Smoking is allowed only in the private bbq/picnic area of the Cottage and we would kindly ask that you do not smoke in any other area.
  1. The responsibility for your personal property is solely yours whilst you are occupying the Cottages. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle and possessions during your stay.
  2. You agree to use the Cottage solely for self-catering accommodation and accept the Owners right to refuse to hand over the Property to any person deemed unsuitable to take charge. Causing a nuisance or disturbance or any other unreasonable behaviour to neighbours or other guests during your stay will result in the Owner requesting you to leave.
  3. In case of emergency you will allow the Owners access to your property, e.g gas/water leak.
  4. You must respect and look after your cottage during your stay and leave the property clean and tidy as you found it. Please let us know of any damage/breakages as soon as possible so that these may be repaired in time for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage/breakages.
  5. You must vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of your departure, unless any prior arrangement has been made.
  6. Arrival time for booking in is 4.00pm onwards.
